Terms of use

Any reproduction, copying or publication of the content of the PFF e-shop is strictly forbidden without the prior written consent of its owner.

Payment methods

All payments must be made by bank deposit (National Bank of Greece - ΙΒΑΝ GR9301104270000042748015718), by debit or credit card, by PayPal.

Our cooperation with National Bank of Greece, a pioneer in the field of secure online/electronic transactions, guarantees credibility and security of your purchases through our e-shop.

Buying products or using the services of our website (www.plishop.gr) is 
made in a secure way through National Bank of Greece special service

The card verification site/form where you enter your card details is provided by National Bank of Greece. Your card details are encrypted and sent to the issuing bank for approval. These details are not released to third parties. (Not even to the provider of the product you wish to buy).

The technology and systems that are used to guarantee your shopping security include:

- Encryption of your card details

- National Bank of Greece security systems that record and protect access to and data in its systems.

The prices quoted on our e-shop include VAT and are final. Our online shop retains the right to change prices without notification. Customers should always pay the total amount cited on the invoice even if the price has changed by the time the order is delivered.

PFF Museum Shop ships via Hellenic post  services.

Domestic deliveries

The time required for delivery in Greece is 3-5 working days from the date the order is received.

Deliveries abroad

Delivery may take as long as 2-3 weeks.

You are notified directly of delivery charges.

Any duties or taxes imposed by customs authorities in countries outside the European Union are payable by the addressee. The PFF online shop is not always aware of the amount of such charges.

In case of any complexity/difficulty completing an order (poor weather conditions, strikes, etc.) we will contact you to confirm whether or not you want your order delivered.

Policy regarding returns

The customer of our on-line shop can return any merchandise for any reason, which you are not obliged to reveal. Products must be returned within 20 working days of delivery of your order. For the return to be accepted the merchandise and its packaging must be complete and intact.

If you wish to return objects you have received, you should send an e-mail notifying us of a request to return. You will receive our reply immediately.

Settlement of returns

Return settlement should proceed as follows:

Dispatch of a new object. The new object can be the same as or similar to the previous one, or you can select a different merchandise from our on-line shop.

Means of return

You may return your order by any means you wish.

Cost of return

Our on-line shop pays the cost of returning product when:

Delivery has been delayed (unless forced to do so)

The product has been delivered in a damaged or defective state.

In all other cases, the customer is obliged to pay the cost of return.

Privacy policy

The PFF e-shop respects the privacy of each and every one of its members, whom it protects through its privacy policy.

Cookies policy

The PFF e-shop may use cookies in order to recognize its user/visitor of services and of www.plishop.gr.

Cookies are text files that are stored in the hard drive of each user/visitor and do not recognize/withhold information of any other file or folder from one’s personal computer.

They are also used for statistical purposes in order to determine areas/regions to which the website is useful, popular or intended for marketing purposes.

FAQ

Is it safe for me to make purchases from your online shop using my bankcard?

Yes, because:

HTTPS and HSTS for secure connections
Stripe forces HTTPS for all services using TLS (SSL), including our public website and the Dashboard.

Stripe.js is served only over TLS

Stripe’s official libraries connect to Stripe’s servers over TLS and verify TLS certificates on each connection

We regularly audit the details of our implementation, including the certificates we serve, the certificate authorities we use, and the ciphers we support. We use HSTS to ensure that browsers interact with Stripe only over HTTPS. Stripe is also on the HSTS preloaded lists for both Google Chrome and Mozilla Firefox.

Encryption of sensitive data and communication
All card numbers are encrypted at rest with AES-256. Decryption keys are stored on separate machines. None of Stripe’s internal servers and daemons can obtain plaintext card numbers but can request that cards are sent to a service provider on a static allowlist. Stripe’s infrastructure for storing, decrypting, and transmitting card numbers runs in a separate hosting environment, and doesn’t share any credentials with Stripe’s primary services (API, website, etc.).

Vulnerability disclosure and reward program
Stripe maintains a private, invite-only bug bounty program, with the assistance of HackerOne. Invited researchers are eligible for a payment. While those who were not invited to the program may still submit a security bug or vulnerability to Stripe via HackerOne, such reports may not be eligible for a payment. To learn more about obtaining an invitation to the private bug bounty program, please see HackerOne’s website on invitations.

By submitting a security bug or vulnerability to Stripe via HackerOne, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to the Program Terms and Conditions set forth below. By providing a submission, you agree that you may not publicly disclose your findings or the contents of your submission to any third parties without Stripe’s prior written approval.

Can orders be shipped internationally?

Yes. Delivery may take as long as 2-3 weeks.

I would like to give one of your products as a gift. Should I ask the gift to be wrapped?

All objects purchased from our on-line shop are gift wrapped and accompanied by an explanatory description in Greek and English. 

I am interested in buying some things as corporate gifts, but I would like more information.

What is your return policy?
